Lake Isaac Trail, Cleveland Metroparks

Normally when I create black and white images they are always done “after the fact”.  That means I shoot them in color, and process them into monochrome later.  Most of the time when I take pictures, I pre-visualize them as paintings but as I review them I will realize that a particular shot might make a good black and white.  For a self assignment though, I set the camera in black and white mode and tried to “see” the image in monochrome.  This was taken on the Lake Isaac trail of the Cleveland Metroparks while on a walk with Rudy.  Some exposure adjustments were made in the computer, but that’s pretty much how it came out of the camera.
